New Face's Inc. is a modeling and talent agency rooted in fashion, representation, education, and opportunity. Founded in 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia, New Face's Inc. was created to provide emerging models, designers, creatives, and industry professionals with opportunities to be seen, developed, connected, and celebrated.
The story of New Face's Inc. began at just 16 years old, when its founder relocated from Texas to Atlanta with a passion for fashion and a vision for creating something different. After experiencing firsthand the challenges of the modeling industry, including being pushed out of a fashion show and later being categorized by an agency based on ethnicity and body type rather than talent. She gained an early understanding of the barriers that many aspiring models face.
With the support of her mother, she produced her first fashion show on September 9, 2012, at 595 North in Atlanta, officially beginning the journey that would become New Face's Inc. That first production established a foundation built on one simple belief: talent deserves an opportunity to be seen.

Our mission is to create professional opportunities while helping talent understand not only how to walk a runway, but how to navigate the fashion industry with confidence, preparation, professionalism, and knowledge.
A NATIONAL PERSPECTIVE
During a four-year break from New Face's Inc., our founder partnered with Team Experience Worldwide, producing fashion shows in Miami, Florida; Los Angeles, California; New York; and Raleigh, North Carolina. That experience provided valuable insight into how different fashion markets operate and further strengthened the company's understanding of production, casting, talent development, designers, models, and the business behind the runway.
RUNWAY RAMPAGE
New Face's Inc. is also the creator and producer of Runway Rampage, its signature fashion production, with a long-term vision to become a staple event on the same level as New York Fashion Week and Miami Swim Week.
New Face’s Inc. was born from the experiences of a Black woman navigating an industry where representation and inclusion were not always guaranteed. Because of that, the company is deeply committed to creating space for people who have historically had to fight harder to be seen and heard.

Feana Hodges is a talented and professional runway model from Detroit, Michigan, bringing confidence, creativity, and industry knowledge to New Face’s Inc. As a seasoned model, Feana has developed a strong understanding of runway presentation, posing, commercial print, and professional modeling work. Known for being a beast when it comes to creative concepts, Feana has a natural ability to help models step outside the box, develop their individuality, and bring a concept to life in front of the camera and on the runway. Her eye for detail and understanding of posing make her an invaluable resource for both developing and experienced models. Beyond modeling, Feana is the proud owner of Candii Rush, an accessories business offering stylish purses and glasses with a unique sweet touch, when you purchase a purse or a pair of glasses, you receive a sweet treat with your purchase. Candii Rush reflects Feana’s fun, creative personality and her belief that fashion should be both stylish and memorable. As Model Director for New Face’s Inc., Feana will help guide models in runway preparation, posing, creative development, presentation, and overall professionalism while helping each model discover the confidence and individuality that makes them stand out. Feana Hodges is bringing Detroit creativity, runway experience, and her fearless vision to New Face’s Inc.

Martina Nicholas is a passionate beauty professional, creative visionary, and entrepreneur who brings artistry, elegance, and a strong appreciation for individuality to New Face’s Inc. With an eye for beauty and presentation, Martina understands the importance of creating looks that enhance confidence, celebrate personal style, and make a lasting impression. As the proud owner of Sunflower Curls, a hair studio, Martina brings her passion for hairstyling, creativity, and self-expression into the beauty industry. Through her business, she embraces the idea that beauty is more than just appearance it is about helping individuals feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in their own skin. Her creative perspective reflects a love for bringing out each person's unique beauty. Martina recognizes that hair, makeup, and overall beauty presentation are essential elements of fashion and runway production. From glamorous editorial concepts to bold, high-fashion looks, she understands how the right beauty direction can complement a designer's vision, elevate a model's appearance, and bring an entire creative concept together. As Beauty Director for New Face’s Inc., Martina will help oversee the beauty vision for productions, collaborating with hairstylists, makeup artists, designers, and models to create polished, cohesive, and runway-ready looks. Her role will focus on maintaining professional beauty standards, encouraging creative expression, and ensuring that every model steps onto the runway looking and feeling their absolute best. Known for his ability to bring concepts to life behind the lens, Rejean specializes in high-fashion editorial photography, glamorous baddie shoots, motorcycle photography, celebrity portraits, and creative lifestyle productions. His versatility allows him to transition effortlessly between sophisticated editorial campaigns, bold street-style concepts, and visually striking photography that celebrates confidence, individuality, and personal expression. With a growing presence across Arizona, Philadelphia, and California, Rejean frequently travels throughout California for photography projects and creative collaborations. Operations Officer
Scooby, representing Panic Nation, is a passionate event curator, nightlife entrepreneur, community connector, and creative leader originally from Chicago, Illinois, bringing her high energy, determination, and hands-on experience in event production to New Face’s Inc. With a strong passion for entertainment, culture, and community engagement, Scooby has established herself as a creative force in the Phoenix, Arizona, nightlife and entertainment scene. Known for her ability to bring people together and create unforgettable experiences, Scooby began building her presence in Phoenix through the curation of nightlife events, including popular 10 PM–2 AM parties, after-hours experiences, and entertainment-driven gatherings. Through Panic Nation, she has developed a passion for transforming ordinary spaces into exciting environments where music, creativity, and culture come together. Beyond nightlife, Scooby is dedicated to creating opportunities for local artists, entertainers, and emerging talent to showcase their abilities. Her work focuses on curating spaces where creatives can connect with new audiences, gain exposure, build relationships, and share their talents with the city. She believes that entertainment should be more than just a night out — it should be an experience that strengthens the creative community and opens doors for others. With her background in event coordination, creative planning, community engagement, and entertainment operations, Scooby brings valuable leadership skills and a fresh perspective to the New Face’s Inc. team. As Operations Officer for New Face’s Inc., Scooby will help oversee event logistics, operational planning, team coordination, and the execution of productions. Working alongside the leadership and creative teams, she will help ensure that events are organized, professionally managed, and executed with the energy, creativity, and attention to detail that define the New Face’s Inc. brand. Scooby is excited and determined to bring her leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for community-driven entertainment into the fashion industry, helping New Face’s Inc. continue creating opportunities for models, designers, artists, and creatives to shine.
